The Vision
The Southwestern Vermont Chamber of Commerce needed to host their flagship annual event—a dual-purpose evening combining a formal business meeting with a celebratory social hour and awards ceremony. With over 150 business leaders, elected officials, and community members in attendance, the event required a seamless blend of professional presentation capabilities, elegant atmosphere, and entertainment support. The Chamber's 2027 Vision presentation, budget vote, board recognition, and prestigious annual awards all needed to be delivered with clarity and impact, while a solo acoustic musician provided ambiance throughout the evening.
The Solution
We engineered a comprehensive AV solution that supported every aspect of the evening. Our professional sound system with wireless microphones ensured every speech, presentation, and award announcement was heard clearly throughout the Kimpton Taconic ballroom. For the visual component, we provided video playback systems for PowerPoint presentations, looping slideshows celebrating Chamber achievements, and video tributes. Perimeter uplighting transformed the space, creating a warm, celebratory ambiance that elevated the venue's elegant architecture. We also provided dedicated audio support for the solo acoustic musician, ensuring their performance complemented rather than competed with the program. Our team managed seamless transitions between business proceedings, entertainment, and social hour, allowing the Chamber to focus on their guests and their mission.
